Job Description

Our growing healthcare organization in Riyadh, KSA, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities and ensuring that all necessary services are provided in a timely manner. They will work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals and departments, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring a comprehensive, high-quality approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered.
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure.
  • Help patients navigate the healthcare system by coordinating services and referrals to necessary healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitate multiple care aspects (care coordination, information sharing, etc).
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care management plan and modifies as necessary.
  • Interact with patients to keep track of their medical condition and make necessary referrals to medical services.
  • Report patient progress to relevant parties, which can include doctors, insurance providers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain and enhance patient care.
  • Advocate for the needs and rights of the patient population.

The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background with a bachelor’s degree in health or a related field and at least two years of experience in the health sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary for this role.

Education & Experience:

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in health or equivalent.
  • Experience of minimum 2 years in the health sector or related.
  • Medical background is a must.
  • Microsoft Office Word & Excel proficiency.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
