Job Description
Our growing healthcare organization in Riyadh, KSA, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities and ensuring that all necessary services are provided in a timely manner. They will work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals and departments, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring a comprehensive, high-quality approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered.
- Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure.
- Help patients navigate the healthcare system by coordinating services and referrals to necessary healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (care coordination, information sharing, etc).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the care management plan and modifies as necessary.
- Interact with patients to keep track of their medical condition and make necessary referrals to medical services.
- Report patient progress to relevant parties, which can include doctors, insurance providers, and healthcare facilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain and enhance patient care.
- Advocate for the needs and rights of the patient population.
The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background with a bachelor’s degree in health or a related field and at least two years of experience in the health sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary for this role.
Education & Experience:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in health or equivalent.
- Experience of minimum 2 years in the health sector or related.
- Medical background is a must.
- Microsoft Office Word & Excel proficiency.

- Fluent in Arabic & English.
